CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program that involves:

CrossFit is based on a group workout environment, very different from the commercial gyms. The coach/trainer runs the class and all as a team warm-up together and perform the workout of the day together; everyone at their own pace.

Parents, students, teenagers, professional athletes, all can do CrossFit! Our CrossFit programme can be scaled down and become suitable for all ages and physical conditions. Whatever your age, whatever your fitness level you CAN do CrossFit!

Cyclists, tennis players, volleyball players, tri-athletes and athletes from many other sports can use CrossFit to advance their core strength and conditioning.

CrossFit can also be successful on the sedentary, the teenagers, the overweight and elderly; it is NOT just for athletes.
