A. WARM-UP x3

-x5+x5 handstand knee tuck side move to squat

-x10 downward dog to cobra

-x20 shoulder openers

-x10 alternating 1 leg jump

-x10 1 leg T2B

 

B. WOD – FOR TIME

1 MU

2 snatch

3 burpees

4 T2B

5 push presses

6 box jumps

7 pull ups

8 wallballs

9 KB swings

10 squat cleans & jerk

 

Ascending & Descending ladder:

1 MU

then 2 snatches -> 1 MU

then 3 burpees  -> 2 snatch  -> 1 MU

…. and so on ….

so last set will be 10 -> 9 -> 8 -> 7 -> 6 -> 5 -> 4 -> 3 -> 2 -> 1
