B. EMOM FOR 12MINS

min1: x10 dips (box, stationary, stationary with band, rings, rings with band)

min2: x8+x8 DB strict press

min3: x5-8 strict pull ups (can be assisted with band – no swing)

 

C. E2M FOR 20MINS

SET1: 12 thrusters + 8 burpees OTB

SET2: 10/8cal bike + 8 burpees
