-x20m squat – lunge – squat …

 

B. WOD – FOR TIME

squat clean : 1 -2 -3 -4 -5 -6 -7 -8 -9 (RX: 60kg/40kg , Sc: 30kg/20kg)

burpees OTB: 9 – 8 -7 -6 -5 – 4 – 3 -2 -1

(1 squat clean + 9 burpees then 2 + 8 , 3 + 7 etc..)

 

C. FOR TIME

1 mile run (1600m)
