B. EMOM FOR 12MINS

min1: x1 power snatch + x2 OH squats

min2: x1 squat snatch + x1 hang squat snatch

 

C. WOD – OPEN 11.4 – AMRAP in 10 minutes

  • 60 Bar Facing Burpees
  • 30 Overhead Squats (55/40kg, Sc: 40/25kg, Beg: 25/15kg)
  • 10 Muscle-Ups (Sc: box or band, Beg: TRX)
