-x10 PVC shoulders

-x5+x5 PVC full moon

-x10 + x10 leg swings

-x10+x10 hamstring floss

-x20 OH PVC high knees

x5 snatch balance

 

Burgener snatch warm-up

 

B. 15mins to build to 1RM deadlift

 

C. 15mins to build to 1RM snatch

 

D. FOR TIME:

800m run
