-x16 shoulder taps in bear crawl

-x5 KB get ups (each arm)

-x10 GHD sit-ups

-x10 candlesticks

-x16 DB toe touches

 

D. EMOM FOR 12MINS

-x2 turkish get ups (1 each side)

-x10 knees to squat

-x10 KB high pulls (no swing)

-x5 one arm KB swing and back lunge (each side)

 

E. Barbell rolling
