A. WARM-UP

10 minutes working on DUs

 

B. Resistance band work:

-monster walk (2 x 20 steps)

-crab walk (2 x 20 steps)

-leg abduction (4 x 15 reps)

-leg adduction (4 x 15 reps)

-shoulder retraction/protraction (2 x 15 reps)

-shoulder external rotation (4 x 10reps)

-shoulder internal rotation (4 x 10 reps)

-pull downs x20 (with PVC)

 

C. Skill work:

Muscle Up
