EVERY DAY DIFFERENT TEST.

 

A. WARM-UP

400m run

3 sets:

-x20 scissor swings

-x20 arm hugs

-x10 lunges

-x10 side lunges

-x10 yoga plex

-x10 tuck jumps

 

2 sets:

-x5 empty barbell strict press

-x4 no barbell split jerks

-x4 empty barbell split jerks

 

B. 15mins to build to 1RM split jerk

 

C. FOR TIME:

1600m run
