Fitness by AL is a series of online fitness programs. They are 5 different programs with HOME or GYM options. The programs are 12 weeks long, with video demonstrations of each exercise with verbal explanations in both English and Greek! You will have access to a private FitnessByAL Facebook group so you can communicate with the coaches and other members! There we can answer your questions and coach/correct your technique by posting your videos on our private Facebook Page. This is NOT just a PDF file purchase. After purchasing our program you will log in to our website where you will have access to the 12 week programming as a blog format, where each exercise has a link with a verbal and visual demonstration of the exercise! We are there with you throughout the program, to support and coach you to get the results you want!
