-20m high knees

-20m bear crawl

-20m burpee broad jump

 

B. PARTNER WOD

1.5km row or bike (partner must hold HS on wall – drop -> switch)

run 400m (together)

80 T2B (partner must be hanging – drop-> switch)

run 400m (together)

1000 single unders or 500 DUs (partner must be in elbow plank – drop->switch)

Finish off: with 15 synchronised burpees

 

time cap: 35mins
