B. EMOM FOR 9MINS

min1: 40m heavy farmers carry (2 KBs)

min2: x20 diagonal hanging knee raises

min3: 40sec plank

 

C. PARTNER WOD – 3 ROUNDS FOR TIME

60 KB swings (between the two)

30cal row (between the two)

15 burpees over rower (between the two)

 

(one works – other rests – at least 1 rep each – finish all 60 reps then move to the rower)

(time cap: 25mins)
