90 KB DLS (RX: 32kg/24kg , Sc: 24kg/16kg , SSc: 16kg/10kg)

90 DB OH squats (RX: 22.5kg/15kg , Sc: 15kg/10kg , SSc: 10kg/5kg)

6 rope climbs

60 power cleans

60 T2B

12 rope climbs
