A. WARM-UP (30 sec each) x3

-air squats

-cossack lunges

-mountain climbers

-squat hold

-squat to plank -> squat to stand up

-skipping

 

B. PVC WARM-UP x2

-x10 OH squat

-x10 drop snatch

-x10 snatch balance

-x10 snatch presses (from receiving position)

 

repeat with empty barbell: 2 reps of each (3 sets)

 

C. E2M FOR 10MINS

x1 snatch balance + x2 OH squat (BOTC)

 

D. E2M FOR 10MINS

x5 OH squat @60-65%
