B. EMOM FOR 12MINS (see video)

min1: 5L+5R (1KB DL + 1KB shoulder press)

min2: x5 (1KB clean + step to knees + step up into squat)

min3: x10 alternating KB cleans (2KBs)

 

C. PARTNER WOD – FOR TIME

100 KB swings

50 target burpees (jump to pull up bar high)

100 KB squat cleans

50 target burpees

(one KB, one person works other redts, split however)
