B. TEAM OF 3 WOD – FOR TIME

3 ROUNDS 

200m run (each – one after other)

20 KB swings (each – one after other)

20 box jumps (each – one after other)

1 rope climb/2 box climbs (each – one after other)

THEN ALL TEAM 

30 synchronised burpees
