A. WARM-UP

3mins bike

3 sets:

-x20 scissor swings

-x20 diagonal arm swings + torso rotation

-x10 cossack lunges

-x10+x10 leg swings

-x10 yoga plex

-x10 squats

-x20 floor hip openers

 

2 sets:

-x3 empty barbell deep pause back squats

-x3 empty barbell pause strict presses

 

B. 15mins to find 1RM back squat

 

C. 15mins to find 1RM strict press

 

D. FOR TIME:

50 cal bike
