x1 snatch balance + x2 OH squats (BOTC)

 

C. WOD – 5 ROUNDS FOR TIME

20 box jumps

5 power snatch (RX: 50kg/35kg , Sc: 35kg/20kg , SSc: 25kg/15kg)

10 burpees OTB
