EVERY DAY DIFFERENT TEST.

 

A. WARM-UP

400m jog

3 sets:

-x20 shoulder openers

-x10 cossack lunges

-x10 squats + front leg swing

-x10 deep squat + ankle mobility

-x10 downward dog to cobra

-x10+x10 hamstring floss

 

Burgener clean warm up

 

B. 20mins to build to 1RM clean

 

C. 15mins to build to 1RM power jerk

 

D. FOR TIME:

400m run
