Exchange Policy

Requests for Exchanges can be sent to crossfitlockdown@gmail.com  

-You have 7 days from the day you received your items to review, and if necessary, return or exchange your purchase from CrossFit LockDown

-All items can be exchanged for one of equal or lesser value for free.

-If you received the wrong item, wrong size, or if you receive an item that was damaged during transit, we will pay for return and shipped you to you the correct. In case we are out of stock of the specific item you may choose a different one of same price or we may refund you the amount paid.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  1. The item(s) must be unused
  2. The item(s) have been worn or washed
  3. The item(s) have been altered
  4. The item(s) are in any way defective from the original and salable condition, unless the condition is the fault of the supplier
  5. The item(s) do not have the original tags on them
  6. The item(s) were a Sale item
