  3. Clean up. Put your toys away.
  4. Chalk stays in the chalk bucket.
  5. Respect the equipment. Drop as a last resort.
  6. Respect the other CrossFitters and the Coach.
  7. Do not cheat.
  8. Pay your month upfront and always on time.
  9. Support and encourage each other.
  10. Wait until the last one finishes.
  11. Never say “I can’t”.
  12. Always sign up for your class.
  13. If you break it, you pay for it.
  14. Log your progress.
