x1 hang squat clean + x1 front squat

 

C. 3 SETS for reps:

30 sec hang power cleans (@55-60%)

rest 15sec

45sec front squats (same weight)

rest 1.5mins

 

D. WOD – FOR TIME

100 KB swings

*every minute 3 burpees
