A. WARM-UP x3

-x10 jumping jacks

-x20 scissor swings

-x10 squat + side leg abduction

-x20 bottom of squat + ankle mobility

-x10 downward dog to cobra

 

B. EMOM FOR 9MINS

min1: x10 knees to squat to knees etc (can be DB weighted)

min2: x16 single leg lifts at wallsit

min3: x8 strict T2B

 

C. E5M FOR 20MINS – 4 SETS FOR TIMES

you go as fast as possible then rest until 5mins

SET1:

18/15cal row

15 thrusters

15 T2B

 

SET2:

15/12cal bike

15 thrusters

15 T2B

 

(RX: 60kg/45kg , Sc: 45kg/30kg , Beg: 30kg/20kg – chose appropriately should be heavish but good technique – at least 5 unbroken when tired)
