-x20 high knees with PVC OH

-x5 snatch balance

-x5 OH squats

 

B. E1.5M FOR 6MINS

x1 snatch balance + x1 OH squat

 

BARBELL WARM-UP

-x2 snatch DLs (start from snatch starting position and DL like you would snatch)

-x1 shrug from each position (from high hang to hang to floor)

-x1 high pull from each position

-x1 power snatch from each position

show complex (snatch DL, hang squat snatch, squat snatch from just below knee)

 

C. E1.5M FOR 9MINS

x1 snatch DL + x1 hang snatch + x1 snatch below knee @70-75%

 

D. WOD – 7MIN AMRAP

7 power snatches (RX: 50kg/35kg , Sc: 35kg/25kg , Beg: 25kg/17kg)

14 wallballs

21 box jumps
