B. EMOM FOR 8MINS

min1: 30sec banded wallsit with knee abduction

min2: x30 elbow jacks

 

C. PARTNER WOD – 10 ROUNDS FOR TIME

(P1 does one round, then P2 does another round etc. until 10 rounds are completed)

20 KB swings

10 burpee box jump overs
