-x20 PVC OH high knees

 

B. EMOM FOR 6MINS

min1: 2-3 wallwalks

min2: x10 inverted row

 

C. EMOM FOR 10MINS

min1: x1 snatch high pull + x1 hang snatch

min2: x1 snatch + x1 OH squat

 

D. WOD – FOR TIME

200 DB snatch

*every time you break => 10 burpees

(time cap: 10mins)
