A. WARM-UP

3mins bike

3 sets:

-x20 shoulder openers

-x5 inchworm push ups

-x10 side lunges

-x10 squat jumps

-x10 downward dog to cobra

 

2 sets:

-x3 empty barbell slow pause front squats

-x3 empty barbell pause push presses

 

B. 15mins to build to 1RM front squat

 

C. 15mins to build to 1RM push press

 

D. FOR TIME:
